At Trusted Breast Pumps, we offer a 14-Day return policy to all items available on our website. Our return policy ensures customer satisfaction, so they can return any item if they are not happy with it. To return an item purchased through our website, the product or item must be returned in its original and unopened packaging. There should be no broken seals, nor should the item/items have been opened for viewing. Since breast pumps are personal items which should be used by a single-user, opened packages will not be returned, refunded or exchanged. If you find that the purchased item is faulty or defective after using it, it should be returned to the manufacturer, instead of returning them to Trusted Breast Pumps. All items ordered and shipped from our website are covered by their manufacturer's warranties, and queries for repair and replacement should be addressed to the manufacturer directly. Return / Refunds Policy Details
- Products and items shipped from our website should be returned in their original and unopened state. Items which have their seal broken, damaged or opened will not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Any items that have to be returned should be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.
- If you plan to return an item purchased from our website, you must request a return authorization number before sending your order back. You can request a return authorization by contacting us using the form given on the Contact Us page. We will send you your return authorization code and the return address by the next business day.
- If you return your order without getting a return authorization code, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
- Items received through free shipping will be refunded after deducting the actual shipping and handling charges which Trusted Breast Pumps paid to deliver your order. To make sure how much charges will be deducted for your items original shipping and handling, you can contact us before returning the items.
- Your refund will be applied to the credit card which you used to make the purchase originally.
- To make sure that your returned items reach us safely, we suggest that you ship your items through a service which provides package tracking to make sure your items are not lost.
